About Us: Our market and product

Distributors and operational companies in renewables, offshore and government have a large amount of safety and mission critical equipment. These assets are high value and high impact, but their management is often overlooked. This creates a lot of opportunity to add value for these companies by automating and providing analytics into the procurement, inspection and deployment of these assets.

Combined with a unique RFID scanning hardware we can offer these companies a complete solution for managing their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other inventory. We help client work more effective by slashing man-hours spent on managing inventory, as well as increase safety by making sure no uncertified equipment is used on-site.

Originally developed in-house but separated into a specialized entity, this SaaS product has a long history and boasts clients such as the Dutch Ministry of Defence and large Rope Access operators and distributors. After a recent investment round, we're now looking to accelerate our growth!

Your Role: Sales Director

As Sales Director you can take the lead to setup the sales operations. As a small venture with a solid technical foundation, the sales have up to this point always come organically. You’ll be given the freedom to develop and execute the sales strategy, and lead the sales team as we continue to grow.

The product is currently focussed on the working-at-height market such as offshore, renewable and rope access industries. However, as you help solidify our market share in these industries, we aim to expand into other markets with high value assets. You will use our combination of a highly automated and proven software solution with unique hardware components to drive sales and propel us from start-up to scale-up.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years experience in sales in a managing capacity
  • SaaS sales experience is a big plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
